Bathroom was not clean, some of the front staff not welcoming and rude greeting. My room was accidentally given a wake up call at 4am (for someone else). Very unprofessional.

This hotel seems very new and very nice. My kids had an amazing time in the pool in February. The water was so warm. We were accommodated with extra blankets and pillows for our large family. Unfortunately the breakfast has gone down hill. The hot food use to be a lot better. I will stick to the bagels and pre packed serial next time.
