Liked that everything was on the same property. Caught in the middle now, as Expedia charged sales tax, when they should not . There is no sales tax on Native American property in the state of NY. The resort wants nothing to do with the error as it’s not their issue . Expedia researching, but surely this can’t be the first time this was brought to their attention , Something to consider if making reservations at a tax exempt facility . Better off working with hotel directly ?

rooms were pretty nice! should put more than two towels in a room when rented for two people over a four day stay. we shouldn’t have to call and ask for towels. If I reserve a room in advance, I shouldnt get stuck on a high floor at the very end of the hall. Reservation should be in front of anyone else who comes in the same day with no reservation. Cafe was pricey and not great but the Tuscano Grille was great with outstanding service!
