Don’t listen to the complaining reviews

As always, this is the only place I stay when my schedule puts me in that area. The front desk, is absolutely amazing. Super friendly efficient and constantly willing to work with you when something unexpected happens. Pay no mind to the people who complain about rooms being dirty or things being than advertised. I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last year, and haven’t had even a single issue.

DO NOT STAY at COLLEGE INN

The room was filthy, had flies and even a hole in the ceiling taped with duck tape and cardboard. Some liquid all over the walls, doors and floor. Worse hotel I have ever seen.

The front office is amazing. Extremely accommodating and unbelievably friendly. Yes, the hotel is a little older, the rooms occasionally have microwaves that don’t work. But overall? This is a very good place to stay.
