The area the hotel was located turned out better than expected. You could see the Willamette river, nice park within walking distance. We never made it downtown, but drove through it and it had that small town feel. Would like to visit again.

I did not like the fact that there are no grab bars in the showers. Did not feel sate!!!! If one was not a coffee drinker there were NO options for juice etc. only coffee!!! Water was not even available close.by'.

This is my favorite hotel in this area. It's always super clean and the staff is friendly. You can tell they take pride on their hotel. They fix even the tiniest of scratches on the walls and make sure that the furniture is always in the best condition. The breakfast has real eggs and bacon, too. All around, it's worth the money and the view of the river is amazing.

Friendly staff and clean room. Loved staying right on the river. Hot Tub reservations are for only 30 min at a time, but it's private and part of the stay cost. The restaurant menu is limited, but one of the only places with a variety of options in the area. We were able to order for a family of 4 for 60-100 on any given night of our stay. Warning - the hotel puts a hold for the entire cost of the stay plus the 50 deposit on your credit card. So, when you check out, you might need over double the amount of your stay available to complete check out. The staff is very understanding of this practice and will work with you to make sure the amount clears after the initial preauthorization drops off. The highlight of our stay was the staff overall. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. You really have to love this hotel to stay here. There isn't much around within 30 minutes of the drive to do or explore other than the river (which can be calming if it's what you are looking for). Very serene and peaceful for a solo or couples stay. There is a playground for kids right off the property if you do decide to make it a family trip.
