The check-in area was dirty and the room was disgusting. There was a strong scent of cigarettes and marijuana. The bathroom had dried piss stains on the walls. We walked in, used the bathroom and checked out. There was no way we could spend the night there.

Upon arrival, the desk seemed annoyed Once I got to my room started unpacked, constantly heard loud dog barking, almost all night people outside, constantly back-and-forth up and downstairs, sound like a drug run constantly in hotel room beside us Decided not to stay the next night and just got another hotel I think I would’ve got a better night. Sleep at the Walmart parking lot.

My room smelled like urine. Made a few phone calls to Wyndham customer service. they were pretty good, fairly helpful and I perceived true empathy. So, at the end of those conversations, I had paid for a room at their Baymont property up the road. Then I had to go to the front desk at this Days Inn. The desk attendant (owner perhaps?) told me he would issue a refund. I did ask for a receipt or some evidence that he was going to take care of it. He simply told me he'd take care of it. I asked again, he said he would take care of it...again. I realized I was not going to get anywhere by escalating with him. So, I simply left peacefully and determined I'd deal with it later. Well, now it's later. I expect not to be charged for this.

The room smelled so badly that we had to ask to be moved. Room doors were so rusted that they didn't shut properly. Dirty bathroom, moldy and clogged drains. People coming and going all night long with no one staying all night. Would never stay there again or recommend it. Frankly i am appalled that expedia would offer a site like this.

This was the worst hotel that I have stayed in! The room was not clean, the bathroom was gross and stunk like urine. The shower curtain on the bottom half was stained yellow and smelled of urine like someone has urinated on it over and over again. Getting a shower here makes you feel dirtier afterwards than before your shower. The water in the shower does NOT get hot, it only gets luke warm. Everything had dried paint on it, at least that is what I think it was, including all the bedding. Housekeeping does NOT come replace towels or clean your room the whole time you’re there. The staff doesn’t understand English and doesn’t hardly talk English, so if you go ask a question like asking for more towels, they don’t understand so you don’t get any. Also Expedia says it has breakfast included, this place does NOT have any food let alone breakfast included. Horrible place! Was NOT worth the money spent! Go to Motel 6 right down the street, it’s cheaper and is a lot nicer than this place!

Found dead bedbugs on the bed sheets had what looks like green stains and cigarette ears in them. Shower was filthy. Had dirt or grease stains on towels. Found dead in the bathroom bathroom door did not shut. Air conditioner did not work. Front door barely locked and did not shut all the way. I am actually going to request my payment back.
