We stayed here for 2 nights booked through Expedia .This place had roaches, mold all over , flies, dirty . Smell like cigarettes I requested a non-smoking room. Most of the outlets didn't work . This place is trash we had traveled 3 plus hours for my husbands event and it's unfortunate. . Don't stay here it's disgusting unsafe . The staff need to get inside the rooms and clean and wipe and scrub the stains and change the molded black shower curtain. This place need to be shut down all together. Don't stay here at all

Area around looked sketchy when you first pulled in. Open the door to the room, flies or everywhere. There was a heart with initials in marker on the bed.Sheets. there was dirt on the bed. There was dirt on the floors. There was dirt on the curtains. Uh, where's dirt on the shower curtains? The room was just dirty all over. I would not even want to go in there to use the bathroom. How to contact Expedia for a refund? Needless to say, we walked in looked around, took pictures and walk back out.

Check in was fast. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, cigarette burn in the bedspread. The tv was very grainy and the tub looked disgusting. The cover on the inside door latch was busted and missing and the panel to the tub plumbing was half off the wall.

Looked run down, all rooms smelled like smoke, flys in rooms, running hot water tub faucet that wouldn't turn off, poor repair work in room, doesn't look like a licensed contractor did the repair work. Just didn't look clean or well kept. Ad said it was 3 miles from airport but took about 20 mins to get there. Wanted to leave but the hotels were full due to the Holiday weekend. I expected more from the Wyndham name. I would like a refund or discount from our stay. This hotel was listed as a Wyndham Hotel and I just found out through the customer service number that it is not. That seems like false advertising to me and we were very disappointed.

The room reaked or burnt. This was booked as a non-smoking room. The walls and doors were filthy, and the entry door did not close all the way. It appeared as thought the police had knocked the door in a few time, as you could see a wide gap of light around the bottom of the door. Any mouse or roach could have easily walked right in. The hot and cold shower handles were both falling off, and the floor was very gritty and dirty. This hotel room was in very poor condition.

Housekeeping was listed under amenities. This very clearly was not the case. Our room was filthy - sticky floors and chairs, crevices in the chairs were filled with sticky crumbs, dirty towels and wash clothes, visible soap scum on the outside of the bath tub, bottom of the toilet had not been cleaned in quite a while by the amount of hair & dust down there, door way to the bathroom had dirty finger prints on the paint (not stained, as I was easily able to wipe them off with a Lysol wipe). Smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, despite supposedly being smoke free. Our outside door also had a decent sized gap between it and the floor. Upon seeing the condition of the room, we searched for other vacancies, but unfortunately could not find any in the area. We thought about complaining to front desk/office, but what’s the point? If our room was that bad, the others weren’t going to be better. Hire housekeepers. If you already pay housekeepers, they’re not doing their job and you’re wasting your money. I would not recommend to anyone.

Bring your own cleaning supplies!

We were in town for a wrestling tournament. As soon as I walked into the room, I noticed a strong odor of cigarette smoke. I went to expect the rest of the room and noticed the floors were super sticky and dirty, and there was urine on the toilet seat. There was no way the room was cleaned prior to us showing up. I did notify the staff, and they came in cleaned the toilet seat. I shouldn't have to ask someone to clean a seat, it should be normal protocol.
