"We stayed here for 4 nights after we got married (mini-moon) and we couldn't have chosen a better hotel. The room was amazing - we opted for a delux room - and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. We only used the pool & spa facilities once, but it was nice. It was clean and everything you would want from a pool and spa. Unfortunately there were a lot of children splashing about in it for us to enjoy it fully. Maybe to have adult only pool time would be something we would suggest. The food and drinks were again what you would expect from hotel of this standard, with plenty of options available. The location to the centre of Bath and the sites were very welcoming. 8-10 mins from the City Centre and main train station and a 20 minute walk to The Cicle and Royal Crescent. Who could ask for more. We loved every minute of our stay at this hotel and Bath. We will definitely be going back at somepoint in the near future. Highly recommended."

"Booked through Hotels.com. Sadly the room advertised wasn’t the room we felt we got. Booked executive got deluxe. Room was nice. But very high windows which unless you were 6ft you couldn’t see out. Room was well decorated. Bed was very comfy. Nice temperature in room. Bathroom was nice. Room was a little dark near desk for getting ready, Breakfast room looked very nice. Well laid out buffet. Breakfast looked lovely but a little cold. Coffee was great. Would like to stay again. Hopefully it would turn out a little better. Didn’t use the pool facilities."
