Overall a nice large, clean room and a modern hotel. We had an issue with an oil like substance left on the bathroom floor in our room, which made it very slippery. We complained to reception and housekeeping cleaned the floor again to resolve. It really should not have been left like that by housekeeping in the first place. Someone could have slipped over before realising and seriously hurt themselves. Quite disappointing. Breakfast average at best. The pillows were very flat and of poor quality. The lifts were very slow from 4th floor to ground level but this could have been down to the general business of the hotel. I would not stay here again due to the room not having a window to open to allow room ventilation. Air conditining is all well and good but having fresh air circulating is a must for me.

Lovely modern. Dusty room and limited buffet.

The hotel was very modern and location great. Our room was a little dirty and whilst tidy there were signs of dirt missed during cleaning. Photos taken for evidence. Our mugs had a layer of dust and it was too late after I drank a whole glass of water to realize the murky mix of dust on the remaining 3 mugs. Breakfast was nice but the day we arrived there was a conference and we were left competing for a limited supply of full English items. But ordering from the menu was good although it was a wait.
