Perfect weekend stay in bath

We had the best stay!!! The staff were super friendly and couldn’t be more helpful, the hotel was immaculate and upon checking in we received a complimentary room upgrade, the restaurant food and service was amazing we will definitely be back we even had a cheeky swim in their lovely pool, perfect stay 10 out of 10 for us thank you

Lovely hotel

We really had a great time staying at this lovely hotel! It is family-friendly, and check-in was fast and easy. We had the family room with twin beds and a king bed. The room was spacious, featuring a huge bath and shower. It was comfortable and clean, but we found it a bit dusty, especially on the tables, coffee/tea area, and some surfaces, even though we had daily cleaning. The carpet in our room already had a tear. The location was perfect - close to the station, shops, restaurants, cafes, parks, sites, and etc. It was very easy to walk to everything! The staff were all friendly and helpful. We lost the blue ducky in the pool, but the staff gave us a new one. The food was good l, with plenty of choices. We really enjoyed using the sauna, steam room, and pool. They have great facilities! It was truly a relaxing place to stay with family. Overall, it was a great and lovely place to stay! We would definitely come back to this hotel!

Brilliant Weekend Break

We checked-in on Saturday 10th May. Jessica was SO wecoming and very helpful. At dinner it was Charlie who was ever so attentive nothing was a problem for him and there were three of us lol. Breakfast was very organised and all the staff were very attentive.

Very comfortable beds, wonderful shower and tub, thick luxurious towels and great cosmetics provided. A fresh bottle of filtered water was provided each time the room was refreshed. Staff were lovely. There was a hiccup when I checked in because the room key did not work for the electricity, so I was moved to another room. After that all was smooth sailing. The pool and sauna were good for relaxing. I liked the heated stone lounge benches. Dairy-free milk was available on request. Restaurant had delicious gluten free bass. Highly recommend!

My wife and I arrived stayed 2 nights after arriving by train. The 10-minute walk from the railway station was easy and safe. The hotel is located in a very convenient location for visiting the central highlights of Bath. The rooms and lobby of the hotel are very modern and clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Property was quite average, not worth the price point and no point showing a pool which is only available if booked in advance even though when it was supposed to be full was empty unless your willing to g at 7am. Staff need better training on how to deal with customers would not bother staying there again as there are better options.

Fantastic stay!

I had a fantastic stay at Apex City of Bath. I have stayed several times before and it is a lovely hotel in central Bath. A great location, great service, along with the bonus of a pool and gym, bar, and restaurant. Highly recommend.

Everything in the hotel is excellent, the room is massive and very clean, love it. The only thing that let me down is no parking we have to walk back with our luggage that far. Otherwise the hotel and staff was great.
