Nice modern clean comfortable hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was well equipped, good selection of teas, coffees, hot chocolate etc and lovely handwash, body lotion, shampoo & conditioner. We were also able to hire dressing robes / buy slippers to use the hotel pool & spa facilities. We didn’t eat in the restaurant or have breakfast so can’t comment on the food. Overall - very pleased with our stay and would recommend Thank you

A combination of factors but predominantly the staff who were friendly and helpful. The room was also nice, quiet and roomy. When I first entered my room, I was a bit worried about it being noisy - it was close to the lift, on the first floor, and on the corner of two busy streets. When a problem occurred with the bathroom it was fixed quickly.

The room wasnt properly cleaned or stocked on our arrival. The following day, despite talking to us twice, the cleaner claimed he was unable to access the room to clean. Once cant be too fussy but popcorn in the middle of the floor, a rogue malteser rilling about simply arent good enough. A real pity as otheraie the staff were excellent, the hotel fresh and the pool a real bonus

My partner and I had an excellent stay during our trip to Bath. The hotel is in a perfect location right in center city close to tons of dining options and shops. The room was modern, spotlessly clean. We really enjoyed the pool and sauna, would highly recommend making some time to check it out during your stay. As everywhere in Bath requires paid parking at anytime of day/night, I would plan for and budget for this before visiting. That being said the paid parking lot recommended by the hotel is only a 5-7 minute walk, so we didn’t have too much difficulty. Overall had a lovely stay and will definitely be back to the Apex next visit!

My partner and I had an excellent stay in Bath. The hotel is in a perfect location, in a short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the city centre. The room was spotless and staff were super helpful and friendly. We loved the pool and sauna, would highly recommend making some time for it during your stay. Parking was a little tricky as there is none on the hotel site and parking everywhere in Bath requires payment, so maybe plan ahead for this. The paid parking lot recommended by the hotel is only a 5-7minute walk however. Overall had a lovely stay at Apex and will definitely be back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had a wonderful stay at Apex City of Bath Hotel. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. The pool and steam room were a real highlight — clean, relaxing, and perfect after a day exploring Bath. Great location too. Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean and prepared as instructed for my family. All staff are corteous. Thank you. Though, communication exchange via messaging through expedia to Hotel could have been more prompt and attentive. I was just attended on my first message and after that it was silent. The hotel is conveniently located close to attractions in Bath and a close proximity to the coach station to London. Overall, it was a good experience and stay. Except, one big improvement that needs to be taken care of is making sure cleaners are groomed. We have encountered and taken an elevator together with a cleaner who was very warm to us. However, this particular cleaner needed some grooming. I understand, they can be very busy working the entire day perhaps. But it is not an excuse to not be sensitive to personal hygiene and smell better. It was stifling going in that elevator with this particular cleaner. Your cleaners should be groomed and checked prior to doing their work specially if they will be taking the elevator with guests.
