We were upgraded upon arrival. Room spotless and with lovely fluffy towels, robes, slippers and coffee machine. Bath and shower, big comfortable bed, lovely toiletries. We were given vouchers for two free drinks. The barman was really pleasant. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Very walkable. Rooms were very large and well equipped. Very nice bathrooms. Quiet at night. Staff were very helpful. It is a very busy hotel - several groups arrived while we were there but they handled it efficiently. Spa area was good - smallish, but nice. Beds were comfortable.
