We came for a relaxing long weekend and accomplished this mission! The condo is greatly located within walking distance to beach, coffee and restaurants. Beautiful ocean views from the balcony!The Hosts have soooooo many amenities on site from bikes to beach gear. The most I have ever seen in a VRBO. The hosts also have start ups like coffee, soap, toilet paper etc. It was a great stay! Felt very safe and loved the sound of the waves crashing after the beach went to sleep. Perfect cozy nights rest

Myself and family/friends were cycling from Santa Monica and stopped in San Clemente on our way to the Mexican border. What a perfect respite. Lovely decorations, comfy beds and soft bedding, plus the opportunity to do laundry made this stop a 5 star experience. In fact when I asked my traveling friends what was their favorite spot this condo in San Clemente took first place. Thanks for your warm hospitality, Cathy and Pete and for the delicious welcome bottle of wine !

What a gem we found in San Clemente!

My wife & I have travelled to the Laguna Beach area a few times in the past few years so we decided to bring our 18-y.o. son, a college freshman, for his Spring Break. Found this lovely condo in San Clemente by chance and I am so glad we did. The hosts were amazing, responsive to every inquiry & request and their home & hospitality were both lovely. Who knew that such a beautiful little beach town existed so close to another of our favorite CA beach towns. Walking distance to most anything you could want or need, but what else does one need but access to their beautiful beach... fun to watch the young surfers descend into the surf in the late afternoon and we were treated to two lovely sunsets. Definitely will stay again.

Overall had a great time at this home. Hosts were very helpful with tips and places to see in the area as well as a great variety of equipment and bikes to use. Very responsive to any communication and assisting right away. Great location just a short walk from the beach.

Exactly as described! Ocean views. Walking distance to the beach, downtown, farmer’s market and so much more! Super clean and quiet with so many nice touches! Extra chargers for electronics. Beautiful Condo with all the amenities!

We had an amazing stay! This was our first time to San Clemente and we fell in love instantly! The property was a quick walk to the beach and had amazing views of the ocean! The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated! Upon arrival they even had cold a variety of cold beverages waiting for us! They provided a super useful guide that gave us details about the property and all the amenities they had to offer and great suggestions and local places to visit. In addition to that we would have a daily message from the hosts with suggestions of what to do for that day. When I say they had all the amenities they had them all. Bikes, beach toys, boogie boards, wet suits, chairs, umbrellas, wagons, coolers and more! This was extremely convenient not trying to figure out how we bring all these things. Lastly and this may sound weird but I have to call out the toliet it was an added bonus you will have to stay here to find out what I’m talking about. I can’t recommend this property and host enough! We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay with our small dog. The VRBO was clean, quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the beautiful view while having our coffee on the balcony every morning. Very short walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants of San Clemente. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing! Can’t wait to return!!

This was absolutely the best place I have ever stayed with Vrbo! I travel bi weekly so that is saying something! The space is so clean, best view you could ask for, and they have every amenity you could think of! Parking is very easy and in walking distance to the beach and food. It was very quiet as well. The place has a very comfy bed along with the Murphy bed in the living room! We actually loved the view so much we slept in the living room mainly since the Murphy bed was so comfy. I will 100% be returning!!

Exceptional Experience!!

First, the pictures don't fully do justice to the beauty of the condo or the ocean views! We were in San Clemente for our son's wedding, and this place was absolutely perfect for venue location and some much-needed R and R before and after the nuptials. The condo appeared freshly and beautifully updated with an upscale, but laid-back coastal vibe and comfortable ocean-view lanai. And no amenity was missed! Fully-equipped kitchen with a beverage-stocked fridge, everything needed for a quick or leisurely coffee-making or gourmet dinner, blankets, extra sheets, lovely and comfortable furniture, and yoga mats, dumbbell weights and Peloton access on the TV, beach chairs, lounge chairs, bikes, beach towels and dirty towel hamper downstairs (!), beach carts and kid toys, and a shower station to wash off sandy feet. And a great laundry room with the newer double LG washer/dryer units. With a VERY short walk to the beach, pier, and beach path in one direction or another short walk to downtown, this location, setting, and environment were stunning and enjoyable in every way. Opening both the lanai sliding door and front door (sliding screen provided) allowed us to enjoy wonderful ocean breezes and sounds. And the host response was great! I put in a message about lack of hot water, and within two minutes, I received a call and a hot water reset. We were disappointed we had to leave! Thank you, Cathy and Peter. Fabulous hospitality! We did feel as though we were staying with friends.

Short Vacay

We live in the Central Valley and wanted to get out of the heat. So we booked this condo for our getaway. The condo is amazing! Very well stocked and the hosts were great not to mention the fantastic view. We were missing measuring cups/spoons and Cathy brought us some immediately. We actually got her to stay and visit. Super nice! Highly recommend to anyone.

Ocean view gem

We booked this property to decompress following a SoCal baseball tournament. t was perfect for our family of 4. The apartment was thoughtfully layed out and decorated. The ocean view with balcony stools to work with your morning coffee or enjoy a post beach drink was legit. And, the property had all the toys you need for a great beach day (chairs, carts, unmbrellas, fresh towels, boards, etc.), which were readily available for the 2 minute walk to the beach. Wouldve extended our stay if it had been available and wont hesitate to stay here again.

Love the California Coast!

My husband and I had a fabulous time exploring the California Coast from San Diego to Huntington Beach. The condo was a central location and perfect for our plans. We loved being within walking distance of the the pier, walking trail and restaurants. The condo was beautiful and the hosts thought of every little detail to welcome guests and make the stay comfortable! The fantastic ocean view was a plus!
