Unit also comes with AIR CONDITIONING! Fenced property with an additional 6 foot gate for maximum security and privacy allowing you to use your fully adorned backyard in peace. No smoking. Pets are conditional: cats will be considered; one dog over the age of 1 year old considered on a case-by-case basis and with Vet verification. Absolutely no dogs under the age of 1, no exceptions. Cats cost an additional $1,000/each (up to two) and dogs will cost an additional $500-750 (depending on breed, size, age, etc), if they are approved. Balance of pet fees will be added to your reservation, if approved, as applicable.
