You get what you paid

No microwave in the room and there is no microwave available at the lobby as it's on the progress of renovation. The bay view room has no bay view outside of the window. Noises outside as the highway nearby. I lived at 7 floor and the water pressure is not enough, can't imagine how hard is the higher level people using water. Extra cost for breakfast and parking but the price is competitive if you don't need them. The location is wonderful and the room is clean. If you are just looking for a safe and convince place for sleeping, it's ok.

Not soo good, as me and my wife were slepeijt comfortable, a random person who must have been drunk walked in our room as we were sleeping around 2 am. Very unacceptable. !!!

Booked a 1 night stay with this hotel, I paid for a king size bed room and instead was given a full size bed room . Went to the front desk to ask for my king size Room and I was told they were sold out of those rooms. Tried to get some type of money back and front desk person told me there’s nothing that they can do. The toilet was also not working and was told they would look at it and they never came . The shower also didn’t have hot water. And if planning on going on the weekend they charge $55 for valet with no self parking option available. One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a hotel .

The hotel accommodations were clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was the television, it had issues with the programming. Also, no streaming stations so we could not login to Netflix, Paramount, or Disney . Other than that everything else was very good.
