I wasn’t expecting much and the hotel met those expectations. It had a “1972 Motel 6 smell” with walls so thin there was no mistaking when neighbors were brushing their teeth. Road noise was awful despite earplugs. And when a health emergency required a shortened stay, they to,d Expedia to email them a written request and then did not respond to multiple requests. There are better options available.

Staff was very friendly and gave great tips for places to visit nearby. The location was perfect! Walkable and near lots of restaurants and close to bus stops to get to other locations. Room/hotel itself is really dated, but the AC in my room worked well and the beds were comfy. Mini fridge was really cold too.

I was only in town about 14 hours and needed an affordable place to sleep. The room was fine. There was constant noise from the rooms next door or above. I finally left about an hour early because of the noise.

At check-in, receptionist repeatedly made insensitive gestures and comments that were solely based on the guest's physical appearance. He then failed to properly program the keycard and also poorly communicated instructions for accessing the room. Completely unacceptable, incompetent, and unprofessional behavior that made the guest feel utterly unwelcome!!!

Gigi was amazing! The rest of the staff were also very nice. They had construction going on the last day we were there. They didn’t say anything to us the night before so we were woken up by really loud noises.
