We got there at noon and we did not get a room until 4PM - despite the staff assuring us they would have a room shortly when we arrived. The second day we had to ask for housekeeping to do our room several times and the room was not cleaned until 5PM. While most of the staff was polite one of the front desk people was not and instead of apologizing and trying to make it right, he just simply made excuses.
We also had issues with room service and did not receive some of the items we ordered, and they did not bring them until almost an hour after we were already done with our meal.
The front desk manager Quartz was very nice and tried to be very helpful but unfortunately, those efforts were too little and too late (through no fault of her own).
I doubt we would stay at another Pendry hotel again.
