We will be back! The room had everything we needed and we walked everywhere. The weather was beautiful and plenty of restaurants available within walking distance.

From entering service was confusing and lacking. There was no space for unloading and ballet was over full. When re-entering valet I circled the walk for 20 minutes because there was no parking keys and there was no attendance outside. Little to know, amenities and service with few and far between. Complementary breakfast was confusing with little explanation and room had little to no amenities window curtains would not open. Overall the experience was very confusing and somewhat disorganized leading to stress and confusion.

The hotel is lovely, with an amazing staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. The only downside is the restaurant/bar. It’s extremely slow. Even the coffe and the matcha were bad, the croissant was cold, The food in general didn’t match the hotel’s hight quality. However, there are many good restaurants nearby.
