San Diego hotel

This hotel is in a great location to lots of things to do. I stayed in a room with a bay view and it was beautiful. The rooms have balconies and it was wonderful leaving the balcony door open to let in the ocean breeze. Room is comfortable and clean but my shower did not drain. Definitely recommend this place.

The upper level of the parking structure either needs a ramp or elevator to come down. Hard on the stairs for elderly to walk down or up. Was told room was available, by the front desk which the person wasn't to friendly. Got to the room and housekeeping was surprised we had keys to a room that was still being cleaned. Went out, to comeback maintenance was working in our room. Notify front desk, they gave us another room. Did not ruin the vacation. But was surprised by all of it.

Great location to midway & pier easy accessible to airport clean safe area Harbor Market two blocks away toward Santa Fe station. Hotel was nice bar downstairs closing a little early for me expect calling 3 times to get body wash for shower & no room food service otherwise ok would recommend.

Great location and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Definitely needs some attention to the room though. Drapes were torn and tattered. But I would stay again.

The staff's unwillingness to accommodate basic requests for a room with a view ,even though rooms were available, they put us in 3 separate rooms and it took over an hour and a 1/2 just to get checked in to find a room that was suitable. Staff was unwilling to be of service. Their staff was very limited in answers about the area of dining and incorrect in multiple areas of there directions. Staff was just rude. I wouldn't stay gere again bot worth the money at all.

we really liked the property but wish when we checked in they did a better job of explaining food options near or at the hotel . we spent a lot of time looking n it’s all very expensive so some tips would have been ideal

It was nice to have the large park on the side, a beautiful view of the ocean from the room with a balcony patio to sit on however our chairs were due to be replaced and the room was dated but overall good value. FYI there is a Starbucks very close to the property and some great restaurants across the street. I definitely recommend Taco Tuesday for the fish tacos and happy hour oysters
