A Little Worn Down with a Great View

We were in a room by the elevator which made it louder than we would have liked. Also, the faucet in our sink was loose. But the VIEW was delightful!

I enjoyed the convenience of the location and how everything was in walking distance and of course the price. But I feel like the price was not worth what we received. The first room we had was just cleaned and it smelled like waste manure. Then we went to a second room and you could just tell it’s not a bad hotel. It’s just an old hotel that does need an upgrade, especially for the amount we paid we pay just as much as the Springhill suites and their rooms were better.

Hard Pass!

Our stay here was less than satisfactory. The room was small. The bed might has well have been in the bathroom on the toilet. There was construction going on that woke us up at 6am. The blackout curtains didn’t work although the bay view was nice to look at. I would not recommend staying here if you plan to rest or relax. This was more like a truck stop inn. I was very unhappy. But the staff is friendly and helpful

This hotel suited my needs nicely, but it's an old property that is due for a facelift upgrade. The room I stayed in was comfortable and clean, however, and the availability of two on-site restaurants (Ruth's Chris and Claimjumper) was nice... particularly if you want BEEF!

Ok, wouldn’t stay again

Our room was very cold, we spent 2 days freezing, we had to go down to front counter to tell someone to come and fix heater, maintenance man promptly came, our room was only cleaned once. We’d prepaid for room, no one informed us that we had to pay for parking until check out. Which price was outrageous some of the electrical outlets in room didn’t work so our electronics were plugged into different rooms
