The staff were very courteous and helpful. We booked the same day and apologetically they only had a first floor room. It was perfect. We drove all day and those beds were very comfortable. We showed up more than an hour before check-in and they were kind enough to accommodate us. That was something that made me very grateful. We had been driving all day and the freeway was shutdown do to a crises. We actually were trying to find a reason to return to the doubletree in Del Mar. It was such a pleasant experience.

This hotel is an awesome location for a pre-cruise stay! The ships are right across the street! Hotel is in good condition, nice and clean, and the staff were great. The bar and grill restaurant had some of the best pub food I've ever had! The property is ready for an update, but overall it was very good.

Superlative bayside hotel. Staff was friendly and the whole property was fresh and modern. And the location is great for waterfront walks and activities. Room was clean and everything, including bathroom fixtures were functional. This is a great place to stay overnight before catching an early morning shuttle (free) to the airport. I'll stay here again!

The rooms are spacious and well kept. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Favorite part of staying here is the location. Fantastic bay view, great parking and easy to get in and out of it. It’s walking distance to little Italy and to the Metro if you wish to leave your car and visit Old Town.
