Management can do better advertising, zero options for choosing the room we want. Inconvenient parking, even after paying $100 for 2 nights, had to park my vehicle by a fire lane side. This used to be my choice few years back but no more.

The bed was caved in. There was a boat that docked and you could hear the beeps from unloading and loading the cruise ship starting at 7 am. Hotel looks like it needs a renovation . Staff wasn’t friendly and a bit rude. I asked for a toothbrush to be brought to my room as my boyfriend left his and they knocked then went into the room without us saying come in or even opening the door and they day of check out at 10 am one hour before typical checkout and two hours before mine they did the same thing, knocked then just entered the room - if I was staying alone I wouldn’t have felt safe and honestly our space was violated .
