My room in the tower needed some work to make it a good experience. All four curtains were damaged The blackout curtains had holes all the way down. Both sheers had several horiontal tears. The safe worked the first day but not the other two. The ovehead lights in the bathroom were out. The mirror had the backing worn off an inch to an inch and a half around the outside area. I just expected better maintenance from a Wyndam that wanted me to buy into a timeshare like program that was suppose to be top of the line hotels and condos.

We had the luck of going thru a fire alarm test for what seemed 2 hours as we were trying to sleep in from our flight. That sucked. No breakfast. Paid parking ($50 daily) way too much. Paying for amenities as well a bit absurd ($25 daily). Our shower head was super weak. Room space was good the area looks like your basic business hotel. Staff was friendly. My overall dissatisfaction was with the paying of above mentioned.

We loved that this accomodation was so close to cruise terminal. We only had to walk across the road. Water front dining and easy walk to transport, Gaslamp Downtown and little Italy. Friendly staff always professional. Clean and tidy. We stayed as a family and definitely recommend to others and would stay again

Our room was ready when we arrived. Paying for early check in is wonderful. Front desk lady(i cant remember her name) was great, she answered our questions and let us know where things were. This is the second time I've stayed here and I will likely come back again! The staff were great - very helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed a great view of the bay, and we were only a block away from the trolley, so it was super convenient.

The parking is nonstandard. So tight. As we checked out from the hotel and wanted to leave the parking, I noticed there is a hole on the back of the left mirror of the Lexus, as well as a dent on the door. Probably the adjacent car violently opened the door in the tight parking spot.

We initially thought we got breakfast and parking because that’s why we chose to stay there. But we had to pay 50 for parking, it was also confusing on finding how to enter the parking lot, and the front lobby as we parked on the south side of building for 80. But then we got inside , Ceclia helped us out right away , very polite, courteous, helpful in every way possible, gave us instructions on how to use rm key, elevator, Wi-Fi etc. Also the guy I guess the host , who greeted us gave us a complimentary appetizer card . Polite , very helpful, was willing to go out of his way when he got off to help us out pass out flyers as our stay was to locate my cousin who has been missing for 8 yrs. Lost in San Diego by the Habor he loves to fish at.He gave us Goodluck on our mission. Said if there’s anything at all that we needed to just ask. Balcony had the most amazing gorgeous view. Room was perfect, comfortable cozy very well rested for our second day of searching. Except a little disappointed no microwave. But it was the perfect stay, love the people all around very friendly and helpful. Stores , dining areas. Just perfect

I was disappointed for being charged so much for parking. I have an elderly Mom who couldn't do public transportation (too much walking) and we had no choice but to rent a car. $50 a day is excessive. Also I wasn't told about the $25 dollars a day Amenities charge. So my hotel bill was doubled. I called ahead to ask about for a concierge to recommend a Whale watching tour and was told by the hotel staff to check google. When I get there, it turns out there is a concierge but they are only concerned with selling time shares. There was no breakfast, just a lame 10% off at Claim Jumpers. I'll likely not go to Wyndham again and I'll likely not use a third party like Orbitz, only to have so many add'l charges.
