The check-in process was extremely slow. We waited nearly two hours and did not receive our room until around 4:30 PM. When we finally entered the room, it was not cleaned at all. The beds were not made, and there were dirty towels left on the bathroom floor, which was unacceptable and very disappointing after such a long wait. We had to return to the front desk with all of our luggage to request a different room, causing additional inconvenience and frustration. Overall, this experience fell well below expectations in terms of cleanliness and service.
