Our rooms were clean and staff was amazing! We were in town for a family medical emergency and had no idea how many days we needed to stay. We booked the room daily. The staff member who checked us in was super conscientious and kind. He made sure all our needs were met from granting us a top floor room, giving us a handy parking place, letting us borrow a phone charger that we needed, and helping us with an alternative payment method when I couldn’t locate my credit card right away. Our shower was great the bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet.

This hotel took us by surprise the rooms were clean and spacious . bathrooms, newly updated, easy free parking, and on the corner of a very busy street where you can wander for shops and food. No Frills lobby and the motor in sign will make you think twice, but this is a hidden gem.

Easy and very secure parking is one of the reasons I always stay at Cow Hollow. Breakfast is not included but not a concern for choosing this hotel. Very nice staff!
