This hotel is our go to place when visiting San Francisco due to many pros. First of all, convenient walkable location, easy self parking, cozy atmosphere, super close to breakfast places, buffet/bar, vending machines. However, because the rooms are carpeted, being located in a humid area, the rooms lack the sense of freshness, cleanliness. Plus our bathroom looked like it wasn’t properly cleaned, with hair around our toilet seat. Overall, it is a good place to stay when visiting SF.

Room was perfect (except for the low water pressure in the shower and no fridge in room) Housekeeping was wonderful (asked for extra towels once and she remembered every day) The room was made up so nicely each time we returned for the evening. All staff were so friendly with saying good morning and welcome back:) Front desk manager Julius provided 5* outstanding customer service, directions, suggestions and made our stay that much better.
