Greetings Traveler, Thank you so much for recently staying with us and for allowing us to accommodate you during your San Francisco trip. We appreciate your recent review and thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am however, disappointed to read that we did not meet your expectations regarding breakfast. Our complimentary continental breakfast is just meant as something small to get your day started with pastries and bagels delivered fresh daily from a local bakery. Your feedback is important to me and rest assured that I have passed on your comments to the appropriate Department Manager. Thank you for your patronage of the Hotel Del Sol. I do hope that you will not allow this isolated incident mar your opinion of the Hotel Del Sol and that we will be able to welcome you back when next traveling to San Francisco.
