Loved our stay!

We had our first date in the lobby of this hotel 9 years ago. They made our stay comfortable and fun. Service was perfect. We loved getting a drink in the hotel bar (excellent cocktails) and hope to visit again soon.

Nice hotel, but like much of San Francisco nowadays, it’s not the safest neighbourhood, so didn’t always feel safe coming and going, especially at night

The staff was great. The room had so many above and beyond extras such as great books to read a window that opened (with safety measures of course) and basically anything required upon request such as yoga mats, microwaves and room defusers. You could basically walk everywhere and the area is safe although be careful which direction you travel in the evening.
