Great location, nice and clean rooms equipped with the usual facilities. There was no coffee machine in my room (not sure about other rooms), but the main lobby has coffee and tea in the morning. I needed hot water, and when I asked for it, they promptly sent a kettle to my room. Location is great, close to lots of restaurants, Market St. and BART. Will definitely come back again.

First of all the receptionist who checked us in did not separate it to twin beds so I had to rent another room for my son. The receptionist that check out charged us for additional service although I paid breakfast for two for the original room at the time I checked in. She was rude and was not able to get me the supervisor when I requested that at the time we checked out, we were overcharged and necessarily due to her first mistake at the time we checked in.

The property was lovely! The room was very nice and clean. There were issues with the shower, but it was due to the hotel broiler that was being worked on. The hotel provided us with food vouchers for the inconvenience and I was pleased with that. I will definitely be staying at the Spero again.

Bed was rock hard, and had no fitted sheet just a loose sheet disgusting. Parts of ceiling were open and exposed, bathroom was worn. No access to a very basic cable tv, couldn’t plug anything modern in. If you need a place to crash for a night fine. A long stay past 24 hours find another hotel. No amenities at all

I lived the out side view and how close everything was in proximity to the hotel. However, a street down there was literally poop everywhere on the ground, but they’ll building itself gave a great experience. Only thing would make it even better would be if there was a microwave.
