The lady at the front desk did not tell the shuttle to pick me up zone 12 international terminal. Gave me an hour and the shuttle did not dhow until my wife went down and asked her to send it.. She forgot.the driver left the hotwel and never passed zone 12..i extended my stay to rest and had to run to my room to get my personal items to return inmediately to the airport for m,y trip to Ecuador. lousy service by her..i even asked her before i left if she would take care.. Night shift of sept 9..if you need her name i have it. thios should not happen..I paid extra 75 dollars for nothing

It was quiet and safe. There's lots of parking. I found a few hairs in the bathtub, though. This is in a business district, so the few food options are open during standard business hours, not in the evening nor on weekends.
