Rooms were clean and the water view was nice, but I was underwhelmed by the breakfast offerings and access to public transit (SamTrans and Caltrain) was not easily walkable (especially at night). If you’re going to stay here (and I think you should), I recommend getting a car rental and drive from the hotel to South San Francisco Caltrain or the Millbrae BART station further down the road and park there to take transit in the Bay Area.

Nice receptionist at the front late at night. Easy going and knows what he is doing. He didn’t have a name tag though, otherwise I would put his name in the review. Good spot with good parking. Very convenient for airport access.

While it was a nice hotel, the front desk wasn’t helpful. We called about our broken couch bed. It never got fixed. My son had no bed. I had spoken to the front desk twice. I would like some type of refund. I paid good money to stay there, and was ignored. Nothing was evening written by the late night staff either.

It was a great stopover on the way from Quito to Denpasar to break up the trip. Friendly staff, great room with a view of the water. 4 or 5 very nice eateries within a 10 minute walk!! Quiet and clean, thanks 🙏
