Whilst the staff at the property were lovely, the management of the hotel could use a revamp. It’s meant to have 3 elevators but only one worked. We had a fire alarm go off the first night and no one could tell us what happened. Even the firefighters were walking around clueless as to why the alarm went off. The location and the valet service is brilliant and the rooms are very spacious. However, I’d expect more from a 4 star hotel in such a prominent city.
