This hotel has it all

Extraordinary service, welcoming, and attentive. The rooms are spacious and many have a view of union Square. Turn down service at night time is an extra plus, so comfortable & all VIP treatment

For sure going back when I visit S.F.

Well located in a clean area. Room was tiny, as are all rooms in San Francisco. Food was excellent. Front door guys were awesome. Just wish they had a TV in the bar. Huge game was on and we had to leave our nice hotel to goto a dirty bar arounf the corner. Other than that, this hotel was great and very affordable.

Pick another hotel -one of the worst 5 star hotels

This is a Taj in name only. I came in very late due to weather delays and had forewarned the front desk and the “concierge by text”. I finally got a room - which was just a side room probably reserved for hotel staff or flight personnel with a shoddy shower and next to a construction. Terrible communications by all staff both on the way in and on the way out. Did not get any of the “amenities” that the resort feee charged for and would never stay at that location ever ever again.

Wonderful hotel with VERY CLEAN room and helpful staff. Loved the Indian inspired food selections and would’ve loved to have tried some of them but only stayed one night. ONLY negative was why leave an ice bucket in the room when there wasn’t an ice machine on the floor. THAT SAID, they quickly brought us ice. Great stay.

The property is a boutique hotel and such a wonderful experience. From the door person to the guest check-in to the bartender, everyone was so incredibly welcoming and genuinely accommodating. The room was comfortable and well appointed.
