This is not a 3.5 or 4-star hotel. The staff is friendly but the hotel itself is dated and the amenities are lacking. There is one very slow elevator. Construction is happening at the hotel and even with the planned renovations, the hotel is rather old and has an older feel to it. The WiFi would stop working frequently or it would kick you out and you’d have trouble logging in again. The water was cold sometimes. The bathroom is dated with poor water pressure. The carpeting seems old. Amenities were limited and sometimes not available (I.e. dry cleaning, sky lounge). The gym is small and limited. Overall, it was not the high-end experience we were expecting.
