Spent our anniversary weekend there, I requested one of there newer modeled rooms, instead I got a room which I was disappointed with shower small toilet small bed not comfortable at all. This trip was disappointing.. But otherwise i will still stay here in the future.

Convenient location but small space for 5

There is a mini fridge in the room which helps with food. There is a communal microwave on a different floor. Our room slept 5 people and had 2 kings and had to pay an extra fee for the 5th person. Once we arrived to get a roll away bed this cost an extra $20 per night. I do not even think the bed would fit in the room. The location was prime but it is definitely a 2 star hotel. It worked for us but definitely is not for everybody.

Perfect location. Although the property looks a bit dated, it is clean and comfortable. The location couldn’t be better for Fishermans Wharf. Note that parking is chargeable, but at $20 a day it’s reasonable.

WE LOVED STAYING AT THE WHARF INN!

We LOVED staying at the Wharf Inn. I'm picky about cleanliness and sometimes that doesn't go with affordable sometimes, but the Wharf Inn was clean, comfortable, serene, private, and surprisingly spacious! The bed was super comfy (though I wish a quilt was available!), it had a fridge, Keurig coffee maker, items were replaced like magic. We had a private balcony with view of the pier/water, which was very nice. The staff was super helpful and friendly, and left us alone, giving us privacy, yet attentive to our needs. We will definitely stay at the Wharf Inn again. It was affordable, comfortable, and clean. I gave it 3 stars for eco friendly as there could have been a recycling bin in the room. Also, it said the room came with microwave, but there wasn't one, but we didn't end up needing one, and probably would have gotten one if we had asked. The fridge was a nice size (bigger than those dorm room ones) in a retro 1950s style. The shower had a great spray nozzle and all amenities were provided, and within walking distance to pier 39 and the shops and other places as well. LOVED it here!

Its in convenient location. Minus the homeless folks everywhere begging right outside the door. The hotel is dirty an loud. Unsure why you can smoke on balcony considering there is trash everywhere. Way overpriced for the place!!!

This is an older hotel . I’ve stayed here twice . Good bargain . Great location to everything within walking distance . Staff is friendly ! Not a fancy hotel but very clean. I was able to park my oversized truck for $40.00 within the security gate .

The street next to the hotel is very dirty, loud, high traffic 24/7 and homeless people sleeping in doorways, diving through dumpsters. great place if you like to people watch, but you might not like what you see!

The property itself is not kept up. I was a bit concerned when I saw the condition it is in. . However our room was clean and taken care of. Parking was safe. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Right on the wharf.
