It is a great location and good for a night or 2 but the hotel was very outdated and needs alot of upgrades.

The staff were wonderful and the inn is close to pier 39 & tourist activities! It’s an older building with lots of history… so as long as you are flexible and adaptable, it’s a wonderful place to stay!!

the location was great. Short walk to everything. Staff was very helpful. Parking was the best. The only issue I had was I had a front room with a nice view but at nite very loud and Monday 2-5 am is when stores and truck stock up . Rest of week was fine

Wonderful and friendly staff. Inside the room was not bad but hallway leading to the room was very worn out and run-down. The location was ideal for exploring Fisherman’s Wharf. I felt safe but the hotel needs to be seriously revitalized.

Checked into my room and room wasn’t ready for check in yet, they were still cleaning it 40 minutes past check in time, I was then given the room next to it, which had stained bed sheets
