Overall, this was a pretty good experience for my partner and her guests. Everything was in line with the reservation and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. The amenities were very nice and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The do not tell you that you cannot have your room serviced unless you stay 3 nights. They also failed to bring up more towels. The female Hispanic manager was rude and condescending. They are booked because flights are being canceled. As such, they project entitlement and have poor customer service.
