This was our first visit to the Allegretto Vineyard Resort. We were hoping to obtain a room which faced the interior area just because it looked like one of the smaller piazza's when we visited Italy. The property was exceptional starting with its architectural layout, amazing art, access to numerous activities like the outdoor pool, in-house spa, Wine tasting Allegretto wines, the Cello restaurant and incredible restaurant staff, the numerous walking paths, bike rentals, cozy fire pits, a fun bocce ball court and immaculate grounds. The service was exceptional as well with staff always ready to help address questions and provide directions if needed. I really can't say enough about our first visit and was so impressed that we can't wait to visit again very soon.

This is a Ayers Hotel flagship property located just within the city limits of Paso Robles, conveniently close to the city center and Sensario. A lot of thought went into the development of the resort, and has spiritual and metaphysical elements throughout. Check out the video on the TV that describes the property.

I don’t care how nice your property is, if the service is horrible it ruins the experience. Beautiful property, but if you plan on eating you should go off property. Stayed there in a Tuesday and I called for room service after 7:30, excited to place an order after a long day and I was told the wait would be an 1 hr and 4 minutes. I asked if it would be faster if I go into the restaurant, I did and there wait was 45 minutes. The host said the bar was first come first serve, I asked if there was any room at the bar, and his response was they don’t keep track of the bar seating in a time that indicated that he couldn’t be bothered. Then I went to the front desk to see if anything could be done, I was told by Scott I could always order Uber Eats, because when you come to a 4 star hotel you want to order in fast food. He also had a bit more attitude than necessary. The correct way of dealing with the situation would have been to apologize for the excessive wait, and offer to see if he could get me something to hold me over. A fruit cup, salad, a roll, basically anything. It doesn’t take a lot to turn a bad experience into a good one, if you try. When I checked out they said someone would reach out to me, that never happened.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. The peace I felt when I arrived was priceless! The outdoor simi-private balcony was quaint (minus the bees, which are needed to keep nature beautiful). I’m definitely going back for a hubby weekend.

This is a nice hotel a short drive from the center of town, but it was not a great stay. The restaurant on site was disappointing, with both overcooked and undercooked food, plus after asking for no strawberries due to a severe allergy I was served strawberry jam. For the restaurant prices I expected better. The on Saturday there was a wedding, and the wedding band were so loud it was like have a concert in the hallway. Not the quiet weekend getaway we were hoping for. And finally it’s not very soundproof at all, with people above, beside and in the hallway being very loud and audible. Would not stay again.
