the rooms are very dirty, they have an area with rooms for dog, but they are very dirty, ants, carpet stains, the sink clogged and the ac very noisy. i understand that may happend accidents with dogs, but this is the second time and the rooms was dirty as well. they should replace carpet with tile or something easy to clean. it is sad, because the outside areas looks clean.

First off the AC in my room was so loud and it was hard to fall asleep. Also check out is at 12pm and at about 10:30am I get a loud knock on my door from housekeeping and they entered my room without permission while I was still sleeping. They should be trained to look at a list of the checked out rooms instead of assuming someone already checked out when they didn’t yet. I was so mad. I won’t be staying here again.

My room was beautiful and clean. My only complaint would be that it was a suite and the only trash can was in the bathroom, which was not convenient from the kitchenette or desk area.

The room reaked of Indian food. Staff Freebreezed the room and replaced the smelly microwave. Helped but then had an overly perfumy room. The hallways had piles of bedding and towles stacked all the time through the afternoon until the following morning. The housekeeper just keep all the dirty towels and linens stacked outside the rooms while they works and leave it laying around until the finish the days work and then collect it all after the fact, kinda gross walking through a sea of dirty stuff.
