The staff were all friendly and very helpful. The property is well maintain and clean. However, the design and construction leave a lot to be desired. For example, the soundproofing between rooms is very minimal and you can hear people walking around in the next room. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the lobby so we were awakened as soon as people gathered for breakfast. The breakfast room is too small and crowded. There was no place to sit. The food was subpar even for an inexpensive hotel. There was little choice, little hot food, no pastries and nothing appetizing. I like staying in Hampton Inns, just not this one.

The beds are a little soft, but overall a nice propert my. Don’t love talkative you have to pay for parking here. Seems unnecessary given that it’s not in a very dense place. Would consider returning if the price is reasonable.

The room was ok,(standard) the toilet didn’t flush properly you have to hold down to handle the actual toilet was very small very low reminds me of one my kids used at preschool. The microwave door didn’t open properly I tired to re-heat my coffee and i couldn’t open the door to get my coffee out. Other than that it was ok. Also the elevator made a loud noise which sound kind of scary as if we were gonna get stuck in there and to say there’s only one elevator for that whole hotel and you have to enter it from the main entrance area. There is a nicer hotel in front I believe it’s actually brand new. Probably best trying out that one.

The hotel was decorated very nicely and our room was exceptionally clean. We appreciated the multiple seating options in our room and the abundance of towels in our bathroom. Breakfast was good with waffle makers, multiple hot foods, hard boiled eggs, breads, juices, cereals, yogurt, whole fruit and an abundance of complimentary condiments. Coffee and hot tea were available in the lobby all day, which was a nice perk. The hotel does charge for self-parking, in case it isn’t clear when you book (as it wasn’t to us). It’s minimal at just over $10, but just an FYI.

Cameren and David were awesome. They made the check in process really smooth. Breakfast Attendant was Amazing. Sorry i didnt get her name. She kept the buffet stocked and clean. Nice selection of food options. Room was clean and smelled clean. Overall, it was a great stay and i will definately return again if im ever in the area.
