Seen the rat slide under the door after we found the droppings. We started shaking out our clothes and the rat ran for the door gap in room 139 and escaped. Then we reported and they didn’t care. Plus we provided the proof of the droppings and still. No accountability or action.

Very nice hotel, in what seemed to be a nice, upscale, quiet neighborhood. Very close to shops and restaurants, and the outlet mall. Not a 4 or 5 Star, but a very clean, solid 3 star.
