Staff was exceptional. Adroitly checking people in while on the phone with someone who needs directions, and then listening to a complaint with a smile on his face. The front desk works hard and puts in serious hours. Kudos.

Considering how expensive hotels are In SLO I’m surprised the more affordable hotels Don’t do anything special to try and pull customers away. Room was good not great. Pool area is basic. Free breakfast was the SAME EVERY DAY for NINE DAYS. water was never replenished in the rooms Disappointed considering the previous reviews

The room was very clean and the check-in staff were friendly. Breakfast included an automated pancake maker machine that produced small but tasty pancakes without the chef. I arrived late so I don’t know about the other amenities. I just needed a good night’s sleep and the hotel definitely provided that.
