Stay a few times here but this trip the bed was unacceptable. My wife has a bad back and the bed had no support at all when I called to see if they had a room with a bed with more support. I was told all the bed were the same and moving us is not possible which I know from past stays is incorrect. We were in a accessible room and in past stays the bed was great. But being lied to is unacceptable oxford suites is now on our do not book list.

The hotel is very accommodating especially if you have a dog. The happy hour social & the free drink is a nice touch to meet other travelers. In is a wonderful spot if you have children & dogs to travel with.
