Great hotel! Excellent location. Staff was very nice, and the coffee shop was a great brunch (shout out to Charlotte, who was excellent!) although I’ve got to call out a double charge for toast/English muffin. Come on, chef or manager- it’s an English muffin, not a $5 designer scone in Paris. The room was great. Tea kettle, robes, towels were fantastic. My only complaint about the room is the mattresses; we had two beds and one was better than the other, but they were both miserably sagging on half (the TV half). I had to barricade myself with pillows so I didn’t roll onto the floor! I told two different people at the desk, so hopefully they will at least flip them, if not replace!

The property is nice, well kept, and quiet. The room was nice, bathroom was well lit, the only thing we didnt really care for was the bed. It sunk a little too much for our taste but its not a deal breaker. Overall 5 stars. Its centrally located, let us check in early, staff us super friendly, parking is an added cost, but no biggie. Def would stay again.

This is our second time staying here (the first time was a few years ago). We loved the updated rooms & appreciated the amenities (complimentary wine tasting at their sister property, bike rentals, etc.). We plan to come back next time we stay in Paso!
