The staff was over the top courteous and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and attractive. The rooftop wine tasting was unexpected and generous. The whole experience was fantastic.

Room was right next to the elevator. Very noisy. No hot water one morning. Desk clerk didn’t speak or understand English very well, and seemed to have trouble using the computer. The valet was excellent though. Great roof bar. Breakfast was a delight. Good choices, very tasty.
