The property was great! Room spacious, everything super clean. Everyone at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was full of options and Kelly made delicious omelets for us always with a smile on her face!

Bring your reusable water bottle!

This hotel is conveniently located. The customer service is superb. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast is great and easy, make your own waffles, custom omelets and more. They have a water bottle fountain, which is super eco-friendly and cheaper than buying a bunch of plastic water bottles-every hotel should offer this. I will stay here again.

I've stayed here several times now on multiple visits to the Vista area. This time I noticed a few small issues that have me reconsidering staying here again in the future. So this is a pet friendly hotel, and I have no problems with that in theory, but when I went to do laundry I accidentally dropped a few items on the floor which seemed clean on first glance, but when I got to my room I found dog hair on a few of the items I dropped. I guess they don't clean the laundry rooms everyday. Another issue I found with cleanliness is some of the towels. On one of my last days I found 2 of the 4 full sized towels still had spots on them. My only other issue came when one day my room hadn't been cleaned. I called house keeping and a gentleman answered but I was hesitant to explain because I didn't want the house keeping team to get in trouble which it sounded like may be a possibility. I didn't want anyone to potentially lose there job, as it didn't seem like they might not have had a fully staffed team.

Great stay for a mom with 2!

The staff was amazing. From checking to breakfast service and housekeeping. The room was big that I did not feel crowded with my two kids. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There was a noticeable clean smell in the air, which was pleasant because you know it means the hotel is well kept.

Hidden Gem

We love this hotel, and we are trying another in a different area. So quiet, clean, hot water, ice, nice breakfast, clean hot tub, awesome workout room. Big spacious rooms. And great little Brissi Ranch square nearby, restaurants like Tommy Vs, grocery (Trader Joe's, Staters) and more.

Family Homebase

Quiet location with great spaces to either work or hang out with family. We came to visit family for Easter this year and made the hotel our homebase and used the dining area as our informal Easter late lunch. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
