I stayed at the Ayres Hotel Vista/Carlsbad last weekend and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was spotless, and I truly appreciated the attention to cleanliness. One of the highlights was the amazing breakfast options—a perfect way to start the day! The free parking was also a huge plus, making the stay even more convenient. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone I know and will definitely be returning in the future!

I spoke with Carl (I think that was his name), the general manager, before our trip as I was concerned about pet allergies. He was very helpful and made sure that we would be in a room that had never had animals stay in it. It was so amazing not to have to worry about that, and we had no issues with allergies during our stay. Alfonso and Isaiah were the night crew and they were both amazing! They asked how our day out was, gave us suggestions for food and told us what was nearby to meet our needs. They were both just very personable and helpful, we enjoyed all our interactions with them throughout our stay. Just wonderful customer service all around. Sean was who checked us out at the end of our stay, and he was great too. We were just very impressed with your staff, such a great bunch of people. We decided this would be our hotel for all our future visits to California. We look forward to our next stay with the entire family. Thank you, we are very satisfied with the great customer service you provided us.
