Cockroaches - DONT STAY HERE

There was a cockroach on our bed in the morning as we left, I squished it and threw it in the trash. I reported it to the office and they stated they would treat the room and if they do d evidence then they would refund me, I will not be paying for this room and will dispute the charges.

Damp and moldy room and bug present

We checked in around 10pm and the check in process was quick. The luggage trolley and the elevator was close by which was convenient. Our room was on the third floor and just a few steps from the elevator which I like since I have a bad back. The room felt old and damp and it smell moldy. While we were unpacking, I spotted a bug crawling on top of the dresser and I quickly squashed it. We reported this matter the next day and they offered a room change. The new room felt dry and fresh and bug free.

My family & I have been staying at this location for a while, nice location, clean rooms, & quiet for the most part. Also like note the managers are super nice & if you have any problems with your room, they tried to fix the problem asap. Overall a good location.
