The location is good. A short walk along a pretty wood boardwalk takes you to the beach. Also walkable to "downtown" Cambria and its shops and restaurants. Our room had laminate floors, which was great for us because we were traveling with a dog. The pet fee was reasonable at $25/night.

Comfortable and Quiet

The hotel was comfortable with a fireplace in each room which was cozy. The nightstand had someone else’s nail polish, bottle of lotion and nail file. Continental breakfast consists of cereal and packaged bagels, donuts and pastries. Coffee was available but ran out of 1/2 and 1/2. No towels in the wellness center despite requesting them. The desk staff was very friendly, dogs are welcome with a dog walk area on property. Downtown and the beach are of equal distance making the hotel an ideal location.

The property was very conveniently located to many of the restaurants on Moonstone Beach. The staff were friendly and accommodating, parking was very easy. My only complaint is that when we attempted to use the jetted tub that is located in the room there was a sulfur smell coming from the tub or the water. Same with the shower.
