Perfect location for walking along Moonsrone Beach and driving to other beautiful areas. All workers were wonderful. The ocean view was wonderful. However, the pool wasn’t warm enough to use, the suite needs updated furniture, and it could use a deeper cleaning behind the nightstands and furniture.

The only reason the overall rating is “ average” is because I had so much difficulty with the hotel’s Wi-Fi during the time I stayed there. My phone cell service is the choice for where I live in the state of Washington, but does not do well down in California. Therefore, I was reliant on the hotel’s Wi-Fi. As I stated, I struggled with it the whole stay!

Great location, obviously. Rooms were very nice and included a gas fireplace. Walls were a little thin and the staff doesn’t clean unless you stay 3 or more days.

Property is beautiful and right next to the ocean which is nice but dont leave your parking spot cause it would be gone in 2 minutes. Internet was spotty, pool was heated which was nice but the hot tub was out of order. The website says jacuzzi tubs but the room Jacuzzis dont work. Literally no way to even turn them on. Fireplace was nice, but outdoor firepits would be a nice addition. All in all, we enjoyed our trip, the beach made up for it, but probably wouldn't come back. Extremely limited dining in proximity to hotel.

The toilet was so loud it could wake the dead , two nights in a row someone took a show and the notice was so loud at 3:30 am for an hour, then the tissue holder full of rust on the bottom and the the silver fish in the bathroom was ti much for me. Because i went though Expedia they can't refund me any money. They did offer to bring us back as VIP guests. No thanks.
