I've stayed at this location a few times and haven't had any issues. Rooms cleaned and staff is nice. Today I brought the kids to stay FOR THE PURPOSE TO SWIM. The key reader to the pool was not working when we tried to get in. The lady at the front tried hers as well.. it wasn't working. She was on the phone with the manager who was not helpful at all! They did not know what key to tell her to use and that he was unable to help! How do you manage a hotel but don't have a key?? Or know what key to use to a common area LIKE THE POOL. He was very dismissive and said he will handle tomorrow- WE WONT BE HERE TOMORROW. Then the weird part... 15 minutes later he was here at the hotel opening the pool door?! Not sure why he couldn't have just done that from the beginning and also said why he wouldn't speak to me but that he will call me in the morning. Very strange and a little disappointed on how that was handled, not by the girl in the front but by the manager
