All public beach accesses are open, there are over 50 restaurants now open, and many stores including Jerry’s Grocery. Some areas of our island are under construction, but this should not impact your enjoyment.*

Welcome to Breakers West B6, a 2nd floor, 2 bed/2 bath condo located in a small, quiet 18 unit complex on West Gulf Drive. With just a short leisurely stroll down the private beach access path you can enjoy sunny days walking the beach in search of shells and taking in the breathtaking West End sunsets each evening. You and your guests will feel right at home in this condo that comfortably sleeps 4, with a king in the primary bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest room. Each bedroom has their own en-suite.

Take in the warm Gulf breezes from your private screened-in lanai while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying that evening cocktail while looking out over the tropical greenery. Enjoy floating in the heated community pool that is just steps away. The owner has equipped the unit with 3 flat screen TVs, secure Wi-Fi and beach equipment.

Sanibel Holiday's units are equipped with the latest Wi-Fi enabled locks offering easy check in and check out with no need to pick up or return keys. Everyone in the family can have access with one simple and, most importantly, secure code.

**This condominium requires a 7 night minimum stay January through April with Arrival and Departure on Saturday. Only a 4 night minimum stay May through December.**
