This third-floor one-bedroom island resort condo offers an elevator, features a spacious open concept living area and kitchen including a washer and dryer that is perfect for families, entertaining, or enjoying as a couple! Sundial Beach Resort is approximately a 12-minute drive to the Sanibel Lighthouse Beach and Fishing Pier, and is just a few minutes to the Heart of Sanibel where you will find an abundance of restaurant options, boutique shops, and more - easily accessible by bike or car! Your adventure in paradise awaits...

The Sundial West property will continue to be under repair and with active construction in all buildings, you may experience construction noise during your stay. Please also note that elevators and pools may not be available in every building. **PLEASE BE ADVISED, ELEVATORS WILL NOT BE OPERATIONAL DURING YOUR STAY. THE SUNDIAL ASSOCIATION AIMS TO COMPLETE REPAIRS BY SUMMER OF 2025. WE RECOMMEND INQUIRING ABOUT THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE ELEVATORS PRIOR TO BOOKING.**

Sundial Resort passes are available for purchase that would allow guests to utilize the resort pool. ** Dining, and Tiki Bar are all open and available for public use. Guests may also purchase access to the resort pool. Guests are welcome to inquire with us prior to booking for current pricing for resort pool use and also availability of Sundial West amenities.
Pricing for resort access-
2 adults for $125 plus receive a $60 dining gift card to Turtle’s Tiki Bar
2 kids for $75 plus receive a $30 gift card to Turtle’s Tiki Bar

CONDO FEATURES
Featuring a King bedroom, sleeper sofa, and bathroom with walk-in shower, Sundial A306 can sleep up to four guests, and includes plenty of space to gather! During your time at this island retreat, dine al fresco on the screened lanai looking out at the Gulf of Mexico, relax in the immaculately maintained community swimming pools, and play a round or more of tennis at the on-site tennis courts! Of course, spending time on Sanibel's powdery beaches cannot be missed. Feel free to use the provided beach towels and beach equipment as you head to the beach - just steps away! Additionally, Sundial A306 is equipped with a washer/dryer so you can easily stay for a week or longer!
