Una mencion ESPECIALISIMA, al maravilloso equipo en cocina y camareros: Ruben, Ana, Josefina, Salud... (me encantaria nombrarlos a todos, porque lo merecen, pero no recuerdo tantos nombres!). Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is lovely, with excellent facilities and a very friendly staff. A couple of suggestions for improvement: The flies can be quite bothersome when sitting outside. While this is a common issue across Menorca, it would be helpful if the resort staff could take steps to minimize it within the property. The bedrooms could benefit from better soundproofing.

Overall great stay at Occidental. The food is delicious and the staff are lovely. There is a lot of emphasis put on the entertainment in the resort and most people seemed to love it however the music can be a bit overbearing when you are trying to relax at the pool.

This is the second time we have been to the Occidental Menorca, Menorca Pueblo before. I have to say that the highlights of this hotel are the front desk staff and the close proximity to the beautiful Pinta Prima beach. The restaurant staff is not the best, cleaning around the restaurant areas was poor and restaurant staff disappointing. Food is good for a buffet. A bit disappointing as it was better the first time we visited.
