I booked this hotel through Expedia because it was listed as offering free parking. However, I was charged $25 per day for parking. This appears to be false advertising, and I kindly ask you to look into this issue. Please process a refund for the incorrect charge to my account at your earliest convenience. Homeless people sleeping in parking lot between cars. No good signs to locate the elevators. Light switches inside room are individual for each light and no master switch.

the hotel was amazing, and it was a super good price! and everything you need is not far at all. we had a super good time and the staff there were so nice and they made good coffee. Annitka was the best of all and if you can have her make your coffee!

We stayed 5 nights. Check in was a brief and fast. Parking fee was extra (lot of parking spaces outdoor). Requested housekeeping but never available and poor service (no bathroom tissues and no shampoo/conditioner (bottles were emptied)! They gave us lame and unreasonable excuses why we didn’t have housekeeping. They just not helpful at all. Did not have a great experience during this visit. Hopefully it will be better next time.
