Newly renovated and very nice

Everything was great here. Parking was a bit janky consdering you pay 34.00 for it and we had to park in an alternate garage. Other than that it was great.

We didn't expect that they were going to charge us $34 dollars for parking. This is ridiculous even it's not described in the reservation and the funny part is that the parking lot is under the building itself. Stealing money from people. Shame.

It was very busy during check-in and there was only one front desk agent to check-in, answer phones, etc. I felt bad for the guy but he was doing his best. The phones were ringing off the hook, and there was a line at least 10 deep to check-in.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The complimentary shuttle service was a plus. It covers a 3-mile radius, including South Coast Plaza and the airport, which made getting around super convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
