I didn't like the smell of the room. There was some maintenance in the room above me so it was very loud. The hotel only had one luggage cart that wasn't available when I needed it. I had difficulty access member Internet.

The door to the room was broken constantly jammed when we went to enter took 5-10 minutes every other time to enter. Shower didnt have any soap shampoo or conditioner stocked. I understand we are in a depressed economy but the furniture was delapited. Each peice you sat in sank to the floor. We got the option we had because we had to and the sofa bed was horrible. The springs were very embrassive i felt each and every one of their tips in my back. Outdated amenities. The list goes on and on. This is thankfully 1 night.

Hotel is in need up renovations desperately

We requested adjoining room everywhere I could put it and the booking also stated on each room that they were available. When we checked in they told us that balcony rooms were not available with adjoining and they could not move us. When we arrived to our room the state of both bathroom floors was bad and the bath leaked. It is obvious this hotel is in need of an entire upgrade as the furniture is beat up and old and the bathroom is in disrepair. We were able to text and get extra blankets and pillows and the staff and lobby are comfortable updated and nice.

My Family and I enjoyed the stayed. We liked the atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming to me and my grandkids. The room was very spacious. The Beds were very comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and we swam in their indoor swimming pool. The Hotel was near great Park.

First room we got keys wouldnt work,,, then toilet wouldnt flush …. So moved rooms …..The air conditioning didn’t work….the room was incredibly uncomfortable… smelled like mildew… avoid at all cost

Needs a refresh.

The rooms need to be updated. The rooms were not in great shape. Rusty door frames in the bathroom, water stains around the tub, refinished tub had peeling refinishing compound that was peeling, furniture was in ok condition, broken curtain rods, entry door was very squeaky due to a bent hinge pin. On positive note; bed was very comfortable and all employees were wonderful, nice lobby and an above average breakfast.
