During our stay there was plumbing and cleaning issues among with the thermostat would not switch over to heat. Blew cold air the entire time. We had to ask for clean towels and washcloths every day. Our room had commode issues. We found out you have to ask for maid service or they will not automatically clean your room. The staff was very nice and they have a very nice breakfast that is included in your room stay.

If you like to be warm, this isn't for you. They are on an environmental AC/HEAT unit, so you can't adjust the temp. They do offer space heaters for you, but I had a baby with us and wasn't about to chance that. Not many fun places to eat around here either. It was clean though.

Front gate was broken. No one was answering when calling for assistance. Had to call the property to fix it. Person who checked us in at the front, didn’t really have great customer service. Barely helped with any information. Room smelt like a smoking room and we had 3 kids with us. The living room kitchen areas was very dirty. Garbages didn’t have a cover. Floor was very dirty and had stains. Pool was super dirty. Looked like it had yellow water.

Easy check in and nice staff! The room we were in did not seem clean there was a hole in the carpet, enamel coming off of the bathtub, and bathroom floor was dirty.

Shame on Hilton

In room 610 there was a lot of BLACK mold in the bathrooms along the corners of the walls and in the tub. There was a lot of water hardness deposits on the shower head and the sink faucets. The water coming out of the faucets had a bad smell. There were holes in the bed sheets and bed spreads. Lots of dust in the cushions of the couch and I looks like things have not been thoroughly cleaned behind and on top of furniture. It should be more of a 1.5 star not a 3 star.

Room didn't have adequate circulation and smelled moldy. There was blood stains in the pullout bed. We had to check out a night early. Management was able to refund an unused night and was very apologetic.

The hotel looked beautiful from the outside and any area besides the room itself. The room had a musty humid smell. Stains on the wall and damage in the wall, stains on the bed. The mini fridge in the suite barely worked and the TV's are old! you cannot play YouTube or any app. Basically not a SMART TV. What put the cherry on top of our experience. We received a random phone call 6:00 am on Sunday. We were too tired to pick up, then it rang again 6:30 am. I picked the phone up and it said " This is your wakeup call , goodbye". I never ordered a "wakeup call". This was soo unnecessary anyways I have been to plenty of hotels this one was a weird one. That is all I have to say. Afraid I won't come back any time soon.
