We spent 3 nights at this hotel, August 23,24, and 25. I tried to speak to the staff, but would not address any concerns because I booked through Expedia. The staff basically didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. The hotel was very dirty, we stayed in room 221. We had a blood stain on a pillow, unnecessary trash on the balcony, a broken table, the bathtub was gray, and you could see the dirt piled up in the corners of the bathroom. For the price that I payed, I feel like I was tricked by the beautiful lobby, which by presentation is why I booked here. Also, the maintenance floor was my floor, my hotel room door was continuously obstructed by staff carts!

The house keeper stole’s from me while the hotel manager did nothing about it. Also the hotel has an extremely outdated infrastructure.

We didn't like that we had to call Expedia to find our reservation and that took 30 minutes. We were already tored from the 300 mile drive and day at the beach. The breakfast was good. The bathroom door was broke off at the bottom hing so we hcouldnt shut the door.

Not that great

The door to the room got stuck and wouldn't open, once inside the room it smelled very old and musty. Everything seemed very dated and worn. The room was clean-ish, but very lacking for the price. The mattress was poor and very squeaky. Overall not a horrible place, but I wouldn't stay there again.

Long in the tooth and filthy

I am shocked that this hotel even appears on hotels.com. This is the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed in and one of the worst hotels I’ve ever experienced. Dilapidated, dirty, understaffed, ragged and smelly. Do not go hear.

The room was not only dirty but when asking front desk about switch rooms they said you can cancel your reservation and find another hotel. Front desk was rude. Elevators barely worked. The pool and gym area smelled horrible

Main issues...There is a full letter with photos sent to the hotel and Hilton corporate. Parking Gate Malfunction The front parking gate did not function for the majority of our stay. Dozens of guests were unable to enter or exit, resulting in long wait times. Many of us were forced to walk inside, get new key cards, and still find ourselves stuck. It became clear the issue was ongoing and known to staff, yet no solution was provided. Mold in Shower There was visible mold at the top of the shower. Toilet Malfunction and Cleanliness The toilet in our room flushed at random and required us to fill the tank manually multiple times and troubleshoot ourselves. Despite repeated requests, no one ever came to fix it. Additionally, the toilet had visible mold inside and appeared uncleaned from the start. Thermostat & Room Temperature When we first entered our hotel room, it felt like a walk-in refrigerator — truly freezing, more like a restaurant cooler than a hotel suite. I was already overwhelmed, trying to get to the hospital to see my mother, who is dealing with a serious medical condition, while also juggling work calls. In the rush, I didn’t notice the small printed note posted above the thermostat (photo attached). It turns out there is a "two-pipe system" so you have no control of your air in the room.
