Room was nice. There is a strange odor at property. Not sure if it’s water/sewer related or HVAC. There was confusion at front desk as room was paid in full through Expedia but I saw pending charges in bank account. Manager was nice and cleared it up but staff needs more training about these types of bookings.

It was a great stay! We tried to book two couples massages which would have been $700 but they didn't have the staff to accommodate. I recommend finding a way to have masseuses on standby to accommodate so you don't loose revenue.
