The location is right on the beach within walking distance of several restaurants and Stearns wharf. The milo is has friendly staff, is clean and quiet. It is also a very beautiful property and location.

Loved the location but probably just got the worst room in the hotel. It was close to street and right next to valet. Only window was facing the guest lounge. So loud all night long. Probably killed 5 spiders during my stay.

We rented 3 rooms. One room did not have a closet, one room did not have a small blanket on the bed, one room did not supply the complimentary gift bag - we had to ask. We were never notified about the wine tasting in the patio. The staff was very nice and helpful but we had to ask, ask, ask.

The property and the surrounding neighborhood was awesome, well kept grounds. They had coffee and smores available in the lobby. I would have like a few complimentary bottles of water in the room but they were only for purchase. The valet was excellent, he even found a ring that my daughter dropped in the bushes the evening prior, great service!

Hotel Milo is across the street from the ocean. A few minutes walk to Stearns Wharf and State Street. Jeannines’s is an excellent breakfast cafe located on the corner. Ask for a room with an ocean view or garden view. We had an alley view where the valet parks, etc. There is construction — so make sure you get a quiet area. Our room was nosy early in the morning.

This property is close to State Street which is great for walking to shops and restaurants. However, this property is right on the main road, it is very loud with traffic. The property is a motel conversion is not entirely up to date. Some of the electrical outlets did not work. The mini fridge did not work, the AC does not stay on. With the noise from the traffic, staff and guests, it was very hard to get restful sleep.
