Staff were friendly and nice but the room and specifically the bathroom is nasty. When I checked in there were hair everywhere and the “clean” towels had lots of hair on them. I am not talking about 1 or 2 stuck inside the towel. I am talking 5-6 long curly hair piled on them like how does one miss them?? It was gross. It makes you wonder how “clean” these towels are….my friend had her own room and it was the same thing!
