Great hotel! It’s close to many dining options, many within walking distance. Not too from downtown Santa Barbara. Beds are comfortable, neighborhood is quiet, not too much traffic, less than 5 mins from the freeway.

The room was dirty and falling apart. I checked out immediately and requested a refund. Because I made a reservation with Expedia I was not given a refund and asked to report it to Expedia directly.

The room was clean actually ,after reading all the bad reviews I was expecting it to be super bad. Don't get me wrong it's not perfect ,but its not bad for the price. The only problem there was pretty much just the shampoo and conditioner and body wash situation they gave us like two little ketchup packet sized packets of shampoo and conditioner and a small bar of soap. It was nice the heater worked well ,the area is pretty quiet too. The TV had a good tv guide and a lot of premium channels.
