Been here for numerous summers and my kids had a blast every time. This visit wasn't so. Prior our stay I called and asked them if they still sell Floaties for the pool and they said not at the moment, bcus in the past they did and inflated it for us all the time. They suggested to bring our own which we did and i asked her if they would be able to unflate it for us she said yes the technician worker will do so. When we got thwre i sent all the kids to the lobby to get it inflated but they all came back and said they will not do it and he said to bring our own air pump next time with an attitude. So i go there and talk to 4 other workers and they called the technician and he did pump it for us. The man that did disrespect my kids went there all pissed off with an attitude white male they said he was their boss he was the head of the technicians so whoever or what the hell ever his position is he knows who he is. Grey hair short stocky dude. Anyways after all that we felt like we dont belong in this place anymore after all those years that we dedicated our selfs to this specific Marriott location in Burlingame Ca. My advice ti a handfull of these staff members is to be more humble , and remember our money what we pay for these rooms is a part of your paychecks so understand that the customer is always right. Deal with it. One good families trust is gone with you guys.
