Kumar at the reception has always been friendly and super efficient. I stay at this hotel in countless time, and it has been my go-to when I need to be in San Jose for work. I would recommend King bed room, bigger and nicer room, the extra lounge/bench along the wall is a nice add-on.

Big Time Fail

The TV was not working and the heater was also not working well. It was very uncomfortable and very cold with little to no TV access. That with the lukewarm reception made it feel like a total "Fail" in my book.

The water was lukewarm. I was getting cold showering. The reading lights above the bed were too dim to read by. Other than that, the place was fine.

Very noisy and difficult to sleep as it’s right on a main road. Also billed as an “Inn” an dits really just an old fashioned drive up to the door MOtel. Rooms have been renovated and are nice. Bed quite soft, not good for us, we like firmer. We arrived in the evening around 8 pm and had to ring the bell 3 times before a disheveled young man answered. Looked like he’d been sleeping. He could use a bit more polish in that job.

Extremely loud, unfortunately. The room itself is nice and so are the grounds, but the doors do not fully seal and so let in a lot of noise from the street. People slam doors all night long and the walls are so thin you can hear someone's phone buzz through said wall. There was a clicking in the ceiling (I was on the highest floor, the 2nd) as if someone was above, but I think it was just coming from the HVAC?

Really nice property! Shower was a bit stained due to water pooling, nice and to the point staff, area is amazing lots to do in walking distance. Only big complaint would be the road noise Definitely worth the price and would stay again
